POWDER COATING –State-of-the-art 2200 linear foot coating system, with iron substrate prep cleaning system.

PROTOTYPING – 13,000 square feet of manufacturing area dedicated to R&D prototype fabrication, assembly and destructive testing.

WELDING – Single point resistance, multi-spot resistance, robotic MIG welders, TIG and ARC welding.

TOOLING – Complete in-house fabrication and maintenance of tools, dies and fixtures.

CNC METAL FABRICATION – Computer-controlled laser cutting, turret punching, stamping, bending and forming steel from 30 gage up to ¼” thick.

We have invested over $10 million in capital over the past seven years to expand and improve our manufacturing headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Masterack now boasts a 402,000 square foot of manufacturing facility, which is certified to ISO 9001-2000. Our manufacturing focus is on hard-tooling all high volume parts, holding cost and delivery time as low as possible. An additional distribution center brings our total storage for WIP and finished goods to 140,000 square feet, with 20 bays for shipping and receiving.
